Wayne has been building in the Phoenix metropolitan area for over 40 years. His comprehensive experience ranges from small remodel and tenant improvement projects to large commercial construction. Wayne excels at fast-track projects with aggressive schedules and delivery dates. He possesses excellent constructability experience, scheduling, on site coordination and procurement abilities, which allow him to remove issues associated with complex construction projects. As Project Principal, Wayne works directly with owners to negotiate contracts and to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, Wayne works with the project managers overseeing schedule, staffing, quotes, owner change orders, procurement, close-outs, invoicing and subcontracts.
