ARCHITECTURAL RENDERINGS
Sitting on 61 acres just off Loop 101 and Indian School Road, this development includes five buildings totaling 1,088,824 square feet of industrial space. Our team is delivering each structure with concrete tilt panel construction and distinctive architectural touches, including ACM paneling and glass storefront entries, to create a modern, elevated look that stands out in the market.
From ramp-up and grade-level sectional doors to flexible demising options, every detail is designed for functionality and adaptability. We’re also installing durable concrete paving throughout all truck courts, drive lanes, and parking areas to support heavy use and long-term performance.
As the general contractor, our focus is on quality craftsmanship, precise execution, and coordination with project partners to keep this large-scale, multi-building site on schedule and built to the highest standards.
