ARCHITECTURAL RENDERINGS
Wespac Residential, Inc. is proud to break ground on The Villas on Shelby, Sedona’s first affordable housing development funded through federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. As the general contractor, Wespac joins HS Development Partners, the City of Sedona, Athena Studio, and the Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) to bring this much-needed community to life.
Located on a 1.2-acre site provided by the City, the three-story apartment complex will offer 30 affordable rental units—including 24 one-bedrooms and six three-bedrooms. Designed for both comfort and connection, amenities include covered parking, a community room, fitness space, playground, elevator access, and EV charging infrastructure.
Funded by federal tax credits and the State Housing Trust Fund, this project is part of Governor Katie Hobbs’ historic investment in affordable housing across Arizona. Construction is underway, with completion expected in May 2026.
Senior Project Manager Ian Fawley shared, “This is what strong partnerships and a commitment to community can achieve. We’re proud to help meet a critical need in Sedona.”
Stay tuned for progress updates as we build a brighter, more accessible future for Sedona residents.
