Wespac Residential, Inc. is excited to announce the upcoming construction of a dynamic new multifamily development project in Scottsdale. Located at the southwest corner of Scottsdale Road and Gold Dust Avenue, this carefully planned 215-unit development will transform the 4.7-acre site into a vibrant residential and mixed-use community. Construction began in December 2024, with completion expected in early 2027. The project will include a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.
Residents will enjoy 9,608 square feet of Amenity space set to elevate community living. The property will offer underground parking, a landscaped community space, stunning pool and spa area, as well as a designated yoga space and fitness center. “This project reflects Wespac’s commitment to and expertise in building communities that enhance Scottsdale’s residential landscape,” said Mike VanEynde, Senior Project Manager for Wespac Residential, Inc.
