ARCHITECTURAL RENDERINGS
The Floreo Welcome Center & Amenity is a contemporary community hub located within a ±41-acre master-planned site in Buckeye, Arizona. The project includes a 21,803 SF shell building with high-end interior spaces, resort-style amenities, and expansive outdoor recreation areas designed to support community gathering, wellness, and active living.

CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS
GRAND OPENING EVENT
The Grand Opening of Teravalis marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter in the West Valley. The event included facility tours, live music, and speeches from Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs, City of Buckeye Mayor Eric Osborn, and Jerry Colangelo!
Wespac recently completed the Welcome Center, with the Amenity Building officially underway as the next milestone.
