Adjacent to the BNSF Railway, this rail-ready, 274,040-SF light industrial building includes ramp-up and grade-level sectional doors with (12) mechanical pit levelers. The building is constructed of concrete tilt panels with an accent corner comprised of storefront, ACM, and metal panels. The 16.23-acre site includes 2 underground retention tanks and a dock area with 8" thick PCCP and semi-truck parking enclosed by 2 manual rolling gates and masonry screen walls.
This building will contain a 3,565-SF spec suite that includes a lobby with a 24-FT accent wall and ceiling with wood cladding, a Lobby and Open Office space with polished concrete throughout, a Break Room that includes millwork with a solid-surface countertop and stainless-steel appliances, a Conference Room with a stepped ceiling and roller shades, and single and multi-user restrooms with ceramic tile on the floor and walls.

Our summer interns are getting hands-on experience in construction! Wespac's General Superintendent led walk-through tours through multiple job sites, providing the opportunity to witness all the aspects of building in real-time. This immersive experience allowed them to understand the dedication, precision, and teamwork required in the field. We couldn't be prouder of their enthusiasm and eagerness to learn!
