Completed Construction
XNRGY at Gateway East
This 275,000 SF LEED-certified facility is the first phase of a four-phase, 1 million SF sustainable manufacturing campus. Located in the Gateway East master-planned development near Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, the site offers excellent freeway access and logistical advantages.
Key features include a mezzanine-level locker room connected by a bridge, advanced shipping and receiving areas, and a high-end office space with polished concrete, ceramic tile, quartz surfaces, and custom millwork. A signature second-level executive boardroom overlooks the manufacturing floor through soundproof glass, complete with private catering access.
The manufacturing floor below supports cutting-edge R&D for climate technology innovation across multiple industries. The exterior blends tilt panels, light-gauge metal panels, and a dramatic 8-foot-wide standoff façade system for architectural impact.
