WillScot Headquarters

Located on the top floor of the Class A Entrada office building, the WillScot Headquarters is a first-generation tenant improvement designed to set a new benchmark for modern, high-performance work environments. Constructed within an occupied building, the project requires precise coordination to maintain operations for other tenants while delivering a premium-quality buildout.

The space blends sophistication with functionality, featuring a secure reception area, private offices, phone rooms, and dedicated wellness and mothers’ rooms to support employee comfort and well-being. At the heart of the office is a spacious breakroom and pantry equipped to accommodate staff needs. An operable partition allows the adjacent training room to seamlessly open into the break room, creating a flexible space for company-wide meetings, trainings, or larger gatherings.

Ribbon Cutting Celebration!

Wespac celebrated the official ribbon cutting of WillScot’s new corporate headquarters at Scottsdale Entrada. The event marked the completion of the 78,992 SF first-generation office build-out and brought together project partners, team members, and leadership to commemorate the opening of the sophisticated new space.

KICKOFF PARTY

The project began with an exciting kickoff event announcing WillScot’s new corporate headquarters at Scottsdale Entrada. Designed with flexibility and modern workplace needs in mind, the first-generation building set the stage for a transformative tenant improvement. Featuring expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, a private outdoor space, and stunning views, the space offered a strong foundation for creating a dynamic and elevated work environment. The kickoff marked the start of a collaborative effort that ultimately brought WillScot’s vision to life in their new headquarters.
