This high-end tenant improvement project for DC Ranch Country Club included an interior remodel refresh of the existing finishes and adjusting the layout of the existing bar and dining areas. As much of this space was original to the clubhouse, all finishes were updated to current DC Ranch standards. The bar space was nearly doubled by adding a 36’ steel beam and a caisson to support the existing structure. Existing doors and windows were replaced with full width bi-folding doors; allowing additional access to the outdoor dining patio. The exterior renovation consisted of an existing patio remodel featuring a new trellis/dining area and patio/fire pit area; reconstructed to resemble the existing building materials and palette.
