This project features the ground-up construction of a 48,805 SF pre-engineered metal building, complemented by a 17,911 SF attached canopy designed to support high-volume operational needs. The facility includes a fully equipped warehouse with truck docking, flexible office space, and a dedicated van launch area to streamline logistics and daily workflows.
Beyond the building itself, the team delivered comprehensive development across the 11.7-acre site, including two new parking lots, a septic system, and a retention area to support long-term functionality and sustainability. Significant offsite infrastructure improvements were also completed, such as widening two I-40 off-ramps and constructing new turn lanes, including one off Route 66, to enhance accessibility and improve traffic flow to and from the facility.
