CITIES FOR PEOPLE NOT CARS

The second phase of construction for Eastline Village means going vertical! It's also the mark of nearing the first tenants move-in and arrival. The mixed use development will feature a variety of shops, restaurants, as well as residential units. The project will provide new and unique offerings that are not currently available in the area, while also offering a safe, secure, and vibrant living environment. The development is expected to be a major draw to the growing Tempe area, providing a much needed boost to the local economy.

"Walkable, car free living."

The country’s first car-free neighborhood built from scratch, Culdesac’s Eastline Village, consists of 636 residential units, 24,000-square-feet of retail and 35,000-square feet of amenities on 17 acres. The retail area will be in five buildings – a 2,600-square-foot fast casual restaurant, 3,500-square-foot market hall, an 8,000-square-foot co-working, café, and retail building, a 4,400-square-foot grocery building and a 5,500-square-foot personal services/general retail building.
