With more than 18 years of industry experience, Tom possesses excellent scheduling and procurement abilities, which allow him the ability to resolve issues associated with complex construction projects. Early in preconstruction, his extensive expertise includes larger commercial projects, as well as numerous high-end office remodel and tenant improvement projects. As Associate / Vice President, Tom works directly with owners; acting as an extension to their team to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, Tom is responsible for preconstruction services, overall budget, master project schedules and architectural relationships, as well as overseeing the project to a successful completion.
